I’m all about lists. I have lists for everything, for work, writing and everyday tasks and then I have lists for lists. Then I have lists within my lists. Yes, I know it’s ridiculous, but it does actually help me. I stay organized and I stay on track with things I need to do.
So, my question is do you make lists and do you use them? Are they helpful for you?
I mean, there are nights when I can’t go to bed until I actually put things down on paper. I have to get my lists out of my head and onto paper that way I stop thinking about it and can shut my mind down, haha. For me, lists are not only useful they are therapeutic.
